Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.alvetta.co/ and any purchase of products or services from Alvetta LLC ("Alvetta", "we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, placing an order, accepting a quotation, or making a payment to Alvetta. By placing an order, accepting a quotation or invoice, making a payment, or otherwise agreeing to proceed with a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

1. About Alvetta

Alvetta LLC is a contemporary design studio that creates furniture and interior pieces, with a focus on craftsmanship, natural materials, and enduring design.

Legal entity: Alvetta LLC
Business address:
Alvetta LLC
2810 N Church St #355299
Wilmington, Delaware 19802
United States
Email: support@alvetta.co
Website: https://www.alvetta.co/

2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you place an order for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, materials, finishes, and other product information are accurate.

Many products are handcrafted or made using natural materials. Individual pieces may therefore vary in grain, colour, texture, tone, patina, dimensions, and other natural or handmade characteristics. Reasonable variations are not defects.

Measurements may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Where an order includes custom specifications, finishes, dimensions, upholstery, materials, or other modifications, the applicable specifications will be confirmed before production.

4. Prices and Currency

Prices are shown on the relevant website, quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or payment request. The applicable currency will be clearly identified before payment.

Prices may change before an order is accepted. Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, sales taxes, and similar charges may be additional to the product price. The total amount payable will be communicated before payment is requested.

5. Orders

Orders may be placed through our website or directly with our team through an approved quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or payment request. An inquiry or quotation request does not create a binding order.

An order becomes binding when we confirm acceptance and, where advance payment is required, receive the required payment. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is unavailable, information or pricing contains an obvious error, delivery is not available to the requested location, the order cannot be verified, the transaction cannot lawfully be completed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment and have not supplied goods or services, we will refund the applicable amount.

6. Payment

Payment terms are shown on the quotation, invoice, checkout, or payment request provided to you. Depending on the order, we may require full payment or an agreed deposit before production or dispatch begins.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Do not send payment-card details by ordinary email or other unsecured means. Where card payments are available, card information is entered through the secure systems of the relevant payment service provider. Alvetta does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.

An order may be delayed until payment has been authorized and received.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact support@alvetta.co as soon as possible. Whether a change or cancellation can be accepted depends on the order status and the nature of the product.

For standard products, cancellation and withdrawal rights are provided in accordance with applicable consumer law. For made-to-order, personalized, bespoke, or other products subject to a statutory cancellation exception, change-of-mind cancellation rights may be limited or unavailable after acceptance or once production has begun, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section affects mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Production and Lead Times

For made-to-order items, estimated production periods are shown on the relevant product page, quotation, order confirmation, or invoice. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date in writing.

We make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines. Delays may result from material availability, production interruptions, customs procedures, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of a material delay.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges are communicated before an order is completed. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees. Unless the order confirmation states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

For consumer orders, responsibility for loss or damage generally passes when you, or a person designated by you, receives physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law. Different terms may apply to business-to-business shipments where expressly agreed in writing.

10. Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If a product arrives visibly damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact support@alvetta.co promptly with your order or invoice number, a description of the issue, and photographs or other reasonable evidence where relevant.

Prompt reporting helps us pursue carrier claims, but it does not override mandatory statutory rights.

11. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains when an order may be cancelled, whether an item may be returned for change of mind, the treatment of bespoke products, how damaged or defective products are handled, return periods, return-shipping responsibility, and refund processing.

Approved card-payment refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in our returns policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Some products are produced after an order is placed or to customer-selected specifications. Where a product is customized or personalized specifically for you, cancellation or return rights may be restricted to the extent permitted by law.

Custom products remain covered by applicable rights relating to defects, conformity, and goods that do not match the agreed specification.

13. Business Customers

Where you purchase primarily for business or commercial purposes, additional or different terms may be contained in a quotation, pro forma invoice, purchase agreement, or other written agreement between you and Alvetta. If those agreed commercial terms conflict with these Terms, the specifically agreed terms take precedence for that order.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its contents, including text, photographs, graphics, product designs, branding, trademarks, illustrations, videos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Alvetta LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may access the website for personal and legitimate business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.

15. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malicious software, scrape or systematically extract content without authorization, or use our intellectual property in a manner that infringes our rights or those of another party.

16. Privacy and Personal Data

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. Information necessary to process an order may be shared with service providers involved in the transaction, including payment processors, logistics companies, professional advisers, and technology providers, where necessary or legally required.

17. Warranties and Statutory Rights

Products are supplied in accordance with the specifications agreed for the order and any warranties expressly provided with the product. Customers may also have statutory rights relating to product conformity, defects, durability, or other matters depending on their country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alvetta is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of products where those losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law. Additional liability limitations for business customers may be agreed separately in writing.

19. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation interruptions, government action, customs delays, war, civil disturbance, utility or communications failures, or material supply disruptions.

Where such an event materially affects an accepted order, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and minimize the effect of the delay.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and any contract between you and Alvetta LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the law of your country or jurisdiction of habitual residence that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or a purchase from Alvetta LLC is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction in the State of Delaware, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to a purchase is generally the version made available when the order was placed or agreed. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
